Well we ended up not making the hens last night. Filled up on chips and fresh salsa and guacamole. The yum. In the meantime, anyone have a good recipe for Cornish hens?

just use that very good basil rub and cook them less time. I have had them before they are yummy. Me and Jay use to have them at romantic dinners we had at home when the kids were little and we didn't get out. Monica
