I love my kitchen scale! it is digital. ( my old one was the old sring type a pain to use and depedning on what counter it was on as to how muc hI had to adjust to zero LOL) this new one you set your plate or wate ever on it then turn it on and it zero's out to the plate or bowl so you can measur your food right there!
